This is a one family car. My brother in law and sister gave it to me in late 2024. Prior to my ownership, it was garage kept its entire life. The only option it doesn't have is the leather seat option. I believe the front seats are leather while the others are vinyl. The body is not dented. There is some typical damage to both bumpers... paint loss, scratches, and touch up paint. The seats are not torn or damaged. There are some carpet stains. Overall, it is in good shape. No accidents.
Mechanically, it runs well. The tires have plenty of life left and are excellent. The brake pedal does modulate a little when stopping. The 4WD was outstanding this past winter. I recently changed the oil. The transmission and differential fluids were all changed at 100k.
All of the locks, seats, and sunroof work well. Every accessory works on the car except for the AC. It was working last year. The compressor runs continuously when the AC is on, the refrigerant line ices up, but the air is not cold in either the front or rear systems.
This is a Norther Illinois truck. The body panels do not have any rust. The underside has some rust but the frame looks very solid.
The transmission fluid is clean and red
It is a great truck. I just don't use it enough to justify keeping it. If you want to take a look at it, I am in Southern Illinois.
Update: I recently discovered there is some paint bubbling between the rear door and the wheel cut out on both sides of the truck. It is just above the running boards. The last 2 photos show the bubbling.
Update 2: In an effort to test the AC for a leak, I added Enviro-Safe Proseal with Leak Detector to the system. When I ordered it, unbeknownst to me, the leak detector also included a sealant. I went ahead and added it, not thinking it would be an issue. Yet, I learned that many repair shops will not work on an AC system with sealant due to it fouling up their recovery system. It is a lesson learned.
If you are still interested, I will be flexible with the selling price. The truck is a tank built for towing and 4 wheel drive usage.
